- All units are rented month-to-month, and no partial-month refunds are issued.

We appreciate clear communication—it helps ensure a smooth transition for both you and the next tenant.
- For life-threatening emergencies: Call 911 immediately.
- For fire, property damage, or break-ins: Call 911 first, then notify our office.
- For safety or security concerns: Contact our office—unless you feel threatened, in which case call 911 first, then follow up with us.
Your safety is our top priority. If you're ever unsure, err on the side of caution and call 911 first.
Storage rent is charged on a monthly basis and is not prorated once a monthly payment has been made. If rent is paid on the 1st and notice to vacate is given later in the month, the rental period remains in effect through the end of that month.
This policy is standard in the self-storage industry and helps us keep operations consistent and fair for all tenants.
